The Green Knight

When destiny chills.

Green Knight is a very detailed film, that may take a few more sit throughs to really soak it all in. But I probably won’t do that. As The Green Knight has many problems that make it hard to watch.

The Good: The Green Knight is a visually stunning film. The cinematography work at play here is a sight to see.

The Bad: The editing, I found to be very jarring. At times it made some scenes confusing.

The Worse: I choose the word worse to describe the story because I don’t find it ugly. When understood, The Green Knights story is wonderfully told, paired with great visuals, its incredible what they were able to do with an old story like this. But that’s only if you can understand what is going on.

At times you will find yourself confused, wondering to yourself what the heck did you just watch? To the average viewer, it may be off putting, but to the artisitic tongue, The Green Knight, satisfies.
