More fun to laugh at.

If you’re looking for a fun slasher, with little to no character work, and a whole lot of blood, well, this one’s got pints of that.

But if you’re looking for an in-depth look about a young kid, struggling with her past, trying to fight tooth and nail to not use a gun, then that trains already left the station.

It may have hints of a deeper story laid beneath all of that blood and gore, but don’t be fooled. As Leatherface struggles to get his weapon of choice up and running, the audience’s expectations just shot him with the gun of discontent.

And this time, he actually died...
